Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of each product, we do not accept returns for cash refunds. Items undamaged and unworn may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days from the day it is received. Continuous exchanges of one of a kind items are not permitted. 

Sale items / discounted pieces are final sale. Custom pieces are also final sale. 

For exchanges, please mail the piece to the store address in the box it came in. Items that arrive back to us damaged due to lack of packaging / protective wrapping will not be eligible for return. 

If you aren't local, you can simply mail your item back to us in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. At this time, we do not offer free returns so you are responsible for your return cost. However, if EWD is at fault for your package arriving damaged or the items are incorrect, we will send you a return label for your convenience. If you would like for EWD to provide you with a label for a return, $7 will be deducted from your return/store credit amount. For even exchanges, you are responsible for the return cost.  In your package, please include the following information:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Although rare, if items arrive in the mail damaged, we are happy to replace the piece free of charge.
